However, this demand is colliding with a shrinking pool of qualified candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Over 60% of respondents said the current talent pool only \u201cmostly\u201d meets their needs &#8211; often requiring compromises on skills or experience. Many cited difficulties finding professionals with the right blend of technical expertise, communication ability, and commercial awareness.<\/p>\n<p>The message is clear: the challenge isn\u2019t finding people, it\u2019s finding the right people.<\/p>\n<h3>Rising Costs, Shifting Expectations<\/h3>\n<p>Employers also recognised that salary pressures are real and rising.
